Is your Internet working?
If you are reading this the internet for your computer is working. Is your player plugged into the same network or do you have mulitple routers and splitters on your network? If so make sure the network your player is on also has internet.
Do you have any loose audio or ethernet connections?
Check to make sure that none of your wires have come loose. Has someone bumped a power plug or disconnected wires to plug in different audio for a special promotion
Has the stereo input changed?
Did someone change the input to have the TV's or another device on? Did a button get bumped accidently? Addistionally some stereo's have a speaker button that will turn the speakers off when they are not selected.
Has the volume on your sound system changed?
We send our players programmed at full volume. Has someone adjusted the master volume on your soundsystem? Also some sound systems have buttons to select the speakers. Are the correct speakers selectd? Check to see if the correct speaker button is pushed.
Have you powered the player off / on
Unplug the player from power and plug it back in. This will force the player to reconnect and clears the temp cache in the player.

If your internet connection is also seeing heavy usage from other activities such as video surveillance and public wifi then additional bandwidth will ensure the best results. We also recommend setting up QOS on your network when this is an option.
