Since then, a coalition of large and small webcasters, broadcasters, musicians and others - including SBR Custom Channels - is continuing to press for relief from the new rates, either through appeal, direct negotiation with SoundExchange, or congressional action.

As a Custom Channels client, you can be assured that if the royality rates are reduced by these efforts, that we will reduce our rates accordingly and will credit your account the difference between amounts paid on your behalf and those actually owed under any reduced rate scheme.
